Mptest specializes in the manufacture of fixed-point cells and realization apparatus for temperatures defined by the ITS-90. The GD-2200S is a realization apparatus designed specifically for the indium freezing point. This system features a temperature control stability of ±0.02 °C and is equipped with a bath featuring a 63.5 mm aperture. The temperature controller incorporates a color touchscreen interface, which allows for the input of Standard Platinum Resistance Thermometers (SPRTs) and provides a curve display function for observing the temperature plateau. It also includes a rate control function to prevent excessively fast heating or cooling rates. The design utilizes a metallic bath coupled with a heat transfer sleeve to ensure optimal thermal conductivity. This key feature effectively suppresses overheating, thereby safeguarding the valuable fixed-point cell and maintaining its measurement integrity.
