


Low-Temperature Dry- Well
Model PD-3070 is a low-temperature dry-well temperature calibrator utilizing two-stage semiconductor (Peltier) cooling technology, achieving a temperature range from -45°C to 125°C. The unit features a heating block with a large-end diameter of 30 mm (1.18 inches) and conical heat-transfer sleeves, providing a well depth of 200 mm (7.87 inches). It maintains temperature stability of ±0.02°C per 10 minutes, with all parameters displayed on a color touchscreen that supports multi-segment programmable temperature control. An optional dual-channel electrical parameter measurement module is available. The calibrator comes standard with a protective transportation case.
