The RS-2160 is a portable standard blackbody source that incorporates a standard ear temperature blackbody cavity into a sealed container temperature-controlled by water or antifreeze circulation. This design achieves excellent temperature field uniformity comparable to that of a temperature-controlled bath. The effective emissivity can reach 0.999 or higher. The unit is equipped with a 4mm diameter test port for temperature calibration and a 4-wire reference thermometer input port to facilitate temperature value traceability.
