Base Metals Thermocouple Calibration Furnace
The TF-1200A thermocouple calibration furnace is specifically designed for the verification of base metal thermocouples. It employs three-zone temperature control technology to flexibly adjust the uniformity of the axial temperature field. The system reaches a maximum operating temperature of 1200°C, with a temperature stability of ±0.2°C per minute. It features a furnace tube with a diameter of 40 mm (1.57 inches) and a length of 600 mm (23.62 inches). The system is equipped with an extendable long-arm thermocouple holder and uses an independent Type S thermocouple for precise temperature control. The touch-enabled color display supports calibration curve visualization functionality.
